Change Power Point 2010 ruler from inches to centimeters

PowerPoint takes its measurement method from Windows.

Changing inches to centimeters in Windows 2010:

1. Click Start, Control Panel, Region and Language.

    Window will open.

2. Click the Additional settings button at the bottom of the Formats TAB

    New window will pop up.

3. Click the down arrow of Measurement system then click Metric

4. Complete by clicking the Apply button, and OK

How to display Word 2010 ruler

To turn Word’s ruler ON/OFF click the ruler icon located at the upper right side of the screen below the Ribbon.

Each click on the ruler icon will toggle the ruler ON/OFF.
